How to Buy from YG SELECT from Overseas (2026 Guide)
You can order from YG SELECT from overseas without help. Its English site takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal and lists delivery to most countries, with a stated shipping time of 15 to 20 days. The Korean site is cheaper to ship within Korea, runs the fansign raffles, and is where most stock questions start. This guide gives the numbers for both, the event rules YG publishes, and how to get a Korean-site order abroad.

What YG SELECT is and why fans use it
YG SELECT is YG Entertainment's official store, operated with its distribution arm YG PLUS. The return address in the store's footer is a YG PLUS facility in Incheon. It is the first-party source for BLACKPINK, BABYMONSTER, TREASURE, BIGBANG and AKMU merchandise, and for solo releases from members such as JISOO.
It is a small catalog compared with a general album retailer. What it has is exclusivity. The store attaches its own photocards to albums, runs the official fansign raffles for YG artists, and is the launch point for light sticks and limited collectibles. A "YG SELECT exclusive" photocard is a recognized category on resale sites for that reason.
YG also says plainly, in its event notices, that every album bought at YG SELECT is reflected on the Hanteo and Circle charts. Fans who buy to support a comeback week look for exactly that sentence.
The store's help board is officially described as a guide and FAQ board for YG artists' light sticks. That tells you what customers ask about most.
Can you buy from YG SELECT directly from overseas?
English site: yes. Membership is free and comes with a $2 sign-up coupon and 1% reward points. You pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal, processed through Eximbay. The site lists a long table of destination countries.
There are trade-offs. The stated delivery time is 15 to 20 days. Shipping is charged by the rate you select, and additional charges may apply by region. The recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes. Some branded collaboration products ship separately, straight from the brand, with their own shipping fee.
Korean site: possible only if you can pay and receive in Korea. The Korean store prices in won, ships by domestic courier and takes credit cards or bank deposit through a Korean payment gateway. A bank deposit must be made in the same name as the order and within 2 days. The sign-up page offers a regular account or sign-in with Kakao, Naver or Apple. It asks you to verify by one of three methods: a Korean mobile phone in your own name, i-PIN (아이핀, a Korean online ID number), or an email verification link sent after you register. There is a nationality field as well, so an account by email is within reach. Whether a foreign-issued card clears at checkout is the part we could not confirm.
When you do not need an agent: the item is on the English site, you can wait 15 to 20 days, and the international shipping rate at checkout looks reasonable. Order direct, on your own account.
When the Korean site makes more sense: you want a fansign-period purchase to count as an online entry on your own account (see below), the item is only listed in Korean, or you are consolidating with other Korean stores.

Step by step: ordering from the Korean site with HaulKorea
- Open the item on ygselect.com (the Korean site, priced in won) and copy the link. 2.**
- Choose options. Version, member, size, and quantity. Event-labeled listings such as "[OFFLINE FANSIGN]" are separate product pages from the normal album. Make sure you copied the one you mean.
- Select your country. The total you see includes international shipping. For the United States it includes duties.
- Pay once with PayPal. There is no later top-up. If the actual weight is lower, the shipping difference is refunded.
- HaulKorea places the order. Orders of ₩50,000 or more ship free inside Korea, so two or three albums in one order usually avoid the ₩3,000 fee.
- Inspection photos arrive when the parcel reaches the warehouse, typically after the store's 3–7 day domestic delivery.
- Ship now or consolidate with other purchases, with tracking.

Prices seen on the Korean home page, as of October 2026:
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| JISOO single album | ₩18,000 |
| TREASURE brick set | ₩50,000 |
| BIGBANG official light stick | ₩52,000 |
| Accessories | ₩6,900–₩169,000 |
Notice how the ₩50,000 threshold lines up with the catalog: one light stick or one brick set already ships free, while a single album does not.

What to buy at YG SELECT
- Albums with YG SELECT exclusive photocards (from about ₩18,000). For BABYMONSTER's 2nd mini album "WE GO UP", online buyers during the event period received one random card out of six exclusive designs per album.
- Official light sticks (around ₩52,000). BIGBANG, BLACKPINK, TREASURE and BABYMONSTER versions. This is the store's most-asked-about category.
- TREASURE brick set (₩50,000). A buildable collectible that rarely appears at general retailers.
- Photobooks. Large-format releases for BLACKPINK members and BABYMONSTER. Heavy, so weight drives shipping cost.
- Apparel and tour merch. Hoodies, tees and caps from tours and pop-ups.
- Accessories (₩6,900–₩169,000). From keyrings at the low end to jewelry-grade pieces at the top.
- Brand collaboration goods. Note that some ship directly from the partner brand, on a separate schedule and fee.
How YG SELECT fansign raffles work, and what an agent cannot do
YG publishes detailed rules for each event. The BABYMONSTER "WE GO UP" offline fansign is a good example:
- How to enter: buy at least one copy of the album from the specific event listing on YG SELECT online, or at the offline pop-up, then complete the event application.
- Entry window: online purchases from October 1 to October 10, 2025, counted by completed payment. Pop-up purchases from October 11 to October 19.
- Winners: 30 from online and 20 from offline, 50 in total.
- ID: a physical ID is required at the door. Foreign nationals need a passport or alien registration card, and the English name on the passport must match the name on the application.
- No transfers: only the winner can attend. Tickets cannot be handed to someone else.
- No refunds after the draw: once winners are announced, change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted.
Read that list with an agent in mind. The entry belongs to the account and name that bought the album. If HaulKorea buys it, the entry is not yours, and nobody can attend on your behalf. So if the raffle is the point, order on your own account and plan to be in Seoul with your passport.
If what you want is the album and the exclusive photocard that comes with an event-period purchase, that is different. Ask us before you order, and send the exact event listing. We will tell you whether we can buy it.
Things that go wrong, and how to avoid them
Buying the wrong listing. Event albums and regular albums are separate products with similar names. Photocard benefits differ between them.
No cancellation after results. For event listings, cancellation closes when winners are announced. That applies to an agent's order too.
Release-week sell-outs. Light sticks and limited collectibles go first. If stock is gone when the order is placed, you are refunded under the refund policy.
Brand-shipped items. Collaboration goods that ship from the brand arrive separately and can hold up a consolidated box.
Bank deposit deadlines. If you order yourself and choose bank deposit on the Korean site, payment must arrive within 2 days under the same name, or the order lapses.
Light sticks and batteries. Battery rules vary by shipping line.
Returns, sizing and customs
YG SELECT accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item. It refuses them when the packaging has been opened or damaged so that the product loses its value, when the item has been used, and when a reproducible product's packaging is damaged. That last category covers albums. For a change-of-mind return, round-trip shipping may be charged to you. The English site says refunds are processed 3 to 5 business days after the returned parcel is inspected.
Through a purchasing agent, the 7 days run while the parcel is in Korea. Use the inspection photos to check version and condition before export. After export, a store return is not realistic.
Apparel pages give measurements in centimeters. Compare them with something you own.
Customs rules differ by country. The English site makes the recipient responsible for all duties and taxes. With HaulKorea, orders to the United States include duties in the price. For other countries, duties are not included and the recipient pays.
