How to Buy from Withmuu from Overseas: Albums, POBs and Fansign Events (2026 Guide)

Withmuu (위드뮤, wideumyu) is a Korean album retailer known for fansign, lucky draw and showcase events. It has English pages priced in US dollars and ships abroad by EMS, so overseas fans can order directly. What you cannot do from abroad is have someone else enter an event for you: winners attend in person with a passport. This guide gives the store's real fees and prices, the event rules, and the options for getting Withmuu albums shipped overseas.

What Withmuu is and why K-pop fans know the name

Most Korean album stores compete on price. Withmuu competes on events. On the day we checked, its home page carried fansign entries for CRAVITY, NiziU, IDID, SUNGHANBIN and OURBIRTHDAY, a lucky draw for MONSTA X, and a showcase event for DAILY:DIRECTION, all closing within a week.

Next to those sit the store's pre-order benefits. IVE's EP came with one of six unreleased selfie photocards for purchases in the pre-order period. JENNIE's EP came with one of three photocards. xikers had one of ten exclusive cards, KickFlip one of six, and MEOVV a Withmuu-exclusive photocard during the event period. These are the cards that later appear on resale sites labeled with the store's name.

It is also a physical retailer. Withmuu lists five stores in Seoul: Yongsan I'Park Mall, Myeongdong, AK Plaza Hongdae, Lotte World Mall in Jamsil, and a "Square" store in Mapo. Some tour and pop-up merchandise is sold online through the store after the venue sale, such as NCT 127 concert goods and a TWICE NAYEON merch line in September 2026.

The site header shows Hanteo and Gaon marks. We did not find a sentence on the site that spells out chart reflection, so read the product page of the album you are buying.

How Withmuu event listings work

The event album is its own product. The MONSTA X "The Phase" lucky draw is a good example. It is listed as "[럭키드로우]" (leokki deurou, lucky draw) at ₩21,000, with a sale period from October 3, 10:00 to October 11, 23:59, 2026. A three-version set is a separate listing at ₩63,000.

It cannot share an order. The page says the event product cannot be ordered together with other products and must be bought alone.

The version is random. That listing ships a random version out of three. You cannot choose.

You agree to extra terms. Before buying, you tick consent boxes for no withdrawal of the order and for the delivery schedule. The page states there is no refund after the sale closes and the product ships.

The event notice wins. The page says that for event products, the event notice takes priority over the site's general policies.

Fansign rules, from official artist notices. For three 2026 signings run through Withmuu, the rules were consistent:

• You enter by buying the named album or photobook during the application period. Payment completion is your entry time.
• Winners are drawn by raffle: 50 for TOMORROW X TOGETHER, 30 for Hwang Min Hyun, 80 for YEONJUN, of whom 50 received autographs and 30 attended as observers. Photo events drew 20 each.
• Winners show a physical ID that matches the application. Non-Korean nationals need a passport or residence card. Photos, printouts, screenshots, student IDs and expired IDs are refused.
• Only the winner may attend. Entries cannot be transferred or sold.
• An item bought for the event cannot be canceled or refunded after winners are announced.

Can you buy from Withmuu directly from overseas?

Yes, through the English pages. The same products appear at withmuu.com/us/ with dollar prices. The ₩21,000 MONSTA X album is listed there at $16.80.

The English shipping guide says:

• International shipping cost depends on the type of product, its weight including the box, and the quantity.
• Delivery may take 5 to 10 business days after your order, and longer by the nature of international shipping. Product pages add that overseas delivery takes 7 to 15 more days than the Korean schedule, depending on the country.
• Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
• The withdrawal period is 7 days from receipt. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays shipping.

Sign-up does not look closed to foreigners. The options are a store account or a Facebook, Naver, Kakao or Apple ID. The English guide tells you to use your email as your ID, and warns that the verification code may not reach Gmail addresses, so have a second email ready.

We could not see which payment methods the English checkout offers, because that step needs a login. The Korean pages list credit card, real-time bank transfer, virtual account and KakaoPay.

When you do not need an agent: you are entering an event you plan to attend, or the item is on the English pages and the shipping quote at checkout is acceptable. In both cases, order on your own account.

4. Pick your country and review the total. It includes international shipping, and duties for US orders.
5. Pay once with PayPal. No second bill. If the real weight is lower than estimated, the shipping difference is refunded.
6. HaulKorea buys the item. Pre-orders ship from the release date, and the store says a full batch can take 7 or more business days to go out.
7. Inspection photos, then shipping with tracking. Or hold and combine with other orders.

What it costs

Store-side costs, as of October 2026:

• Domestic shipping: ₩3,000. Remote and island areas cost extra. We did not find a free-shipping threshold on the product page.
• Separate orders, separate fees. Because an event product must be ordered alone, each event order carries its own shipping fee.
• Combined shipping: items are shipped together only when they share a release date.
• Virtual account deadline: payment must arrive by 23:59:59 on the day of the order, or the order is canceled automatically and cannot be restored.

What to buy at Withmuu

• Pre-order albums with a Withmuu benefit (₩11,900–₩21,800). The store-specific photocard is given for purchases inside the pre-order period.
• Event albums (around ₩21,000). The same album sold under a fansign or lucky draw listing.
• Version sets (₩50,300–₩63,000). All versions of a release in one product, sometimes with a set-only benefit. One page notes that buying three single copies does not earn the set's polaroid card.
• Official light sticks (₩58,000). The store also sells a light stick stand of its own and a battery socket part for ₩2,000.
• Season's Greetings (₩62,000). Pre-order sets for the coming year. &TEAM's 2027 set releases December 16, 2026.
• Pop-up and concert merch (₩6,000–₩39,000). Badges, photo holders, keyrings and jewelry from artist pop-ups.

Things that go wrong, and how to avoid them

Expecting an agent to enter you in a fansign. The entry belongs to the buyer's name. The winner must appear in person with a matching passport, and tickets cannot be transferred. HaulKorea cannot enter, win or attend for you.

Video-call and lucky draw events. They are still tied to the buyer's account. Ask us before you order. If you want the event itself, buy on your own account.

Wanting only the album and the card. That may be possible when a benefit goes to every buyer in the period. Send us the listing and ask before you order. Benefit rules differ per event.

No refund on event products. The page rules out refunds after the sale closes and the product ships. You consent to this at purchase, and it applies to any buyer.

Random versions. If a listing says the version is random, nobody can choose it for you.

Missing the window. Sale periods end at 23:59 KST. A request sent on the last evening may be too late.

Benefit condition. The store does not exchange gift items for fine scratches. Badly damaged gifts are exchanged only while stock lasts.

Returns need the gift. A return must include any free item that came with the order, or it is refused.

Light sticks and batteries. Battery rules vary by shipping line. Bulk quantities. Many copies of one album can look commercial to customs in some countries. Ask us about large quantities first.

Returns, sizing and customs

For ordinary products, Withmuu accepts a change-of-mind return within 7 days of receipt, with the buyer paying round-trip shipping. For wrong or defective items the window is 90 days from receipt, or 30 days from when you could have known. Returns are refused after 7 days, when packaging or included items are damaged, when a copyable product's packaging has been opened, and for products marked non-returnable on their page, which includes many albums. Contact the customer center before sending anything back, and use the designated courier. Refunds go to the original payment method and take 3 to 5 business days to clear after processing.

When HaulKorea buys for you, a return has to happen while the parcel is in Korea. The inspection photos let you check the item and included benefits before export. HaulKorea's terms are on the refund page.

Most products here are albums and paper goods, so sizing rarely applies. For merch, use the measurements on the product page.

Customs varies by country. Withmuu's English guide makes the recipient responsible for duties. With HaulKorea, orders to the United States have duties included in the price. For other countries, duties are not included and the recipient pays them.
