We assume each item packs with about 10% padding plus a light box. Items only; store prices, fees and import taxes are not included. Use your own box size
What we check for you
Pre-order benefits differ by store
Photocards and other pre-order benefits (POB) depend on the store and the album version. Tell us which store's benefit you want; once a store runs out, we can't add it later.
We buy on the release or pre-order date
Pre-orders are bought when the store opens them; items ship from our warehouse after the store sends them, so a pre-order box waits for its release date.
Stores can limit quantities
Some stores cap how many one buyer can order. Ask us before you order a large quantity from one store, and we'll check the limit.
Big orders may need more than one box
Our shipping estimates go up to 30 kg per box. Above that, or when a method has a lower limit for your country, the order ships in more than one box and each box is charged.
Questions
Can you ship to each member of my group order?
No. HaulKorea sends one box to one address. Group order managers split and send items to members themselves.
Do you give a bulk discount?
We don't offer bulk discounts. What gets cheaper is shipping per item, because many items share one box.
How do I pay?
The same way as any HaulKorea order. International shipping starts as an estimate and is settled after we weigh your box.
Is the per-item shipping above final?
No. It is an estimate from our live rate table using an approximate box. Your actual shipping is set after we pack and weigh your box.
Can I mix stores and kinds of items?
Yes. Albums from one store and skincare from another can go in the same box, as long as the destination country accepts them.
