What is HaulKorea?
HaulKorea is a purchasing agent that buys from Korean online stores for overseas shoppers and ships worldwide. You send a product link, we place the order with the Korean store, receive it at our warehouse in Korea and ship it to you with tracking.
Which Korean stores can I buy from?
You can send a product link from almost any Korean online store. Olive Young, Musinsa, KREAM, ABLY, 29CM, W Concept, ZIGZAG, Weverse Shop, Ktown4u, Coupang, Gmarket and Naver brand stores are among them. A link we cannot read automatically can be sent as a buying review request, and we reply with a price.
How do I buy from a Korean online store from the US?
Copy the product link, paste it into HaulKorea and pay with PayPal; we buy the item, receive it in Korea and ship it to you. You do not need a Korean phone number, Korean card or Korean address, because we place the order with the store for you.
How do I buy from Olive Young Korea from the US or overseas?
Copy the Olive Young Korea product link, paste it into HaulKorea and pay; we buy the item in Korea and ship it to you.
How do I buy from Musinsa from the US or overseas?
Copy the Musinsa product link, paste it into HaulKorea and pay; we buy the item in Korea and ship it to you.
How do I buy from KREAM from the US or overseas?
Copy the KREAM product link, paste it into HaulKorea and pay; we buy the item in Korea and ship it to you. KREAM is a resale marketplace, so a KREAM order cannot be cancelled or refunded once we have bought it.
How do I buy from ABLY from the US or overseas?
Copy the ABLY product link, paste it into HaulKorea and pay; we buy the item in Korea and ship it to you.
How much does HaulKorea cost?
You pay the item price with Korean delivery, a US$3 service fee per order, a 6% payment processing fee and international shipping. Item prices are converted from Korean won to US dollars at the exchange rate shown at checkout. Duties and import taxes are not included.
How much is shipping from Korea?
Shipping depends on your country, the parcel weight and the box size, and our shipping calculator shows estimates in US dollars by delivery method. Your shipping cost is set once your box is weighed at our Korea warehouse, and you pay that amount before it ships.
Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Duties and import taxes are not included in our price, and the recipient pays them under the destination country's rules.
What happens if an item sells out?
We refund that item and never swap in a different one. The rest of your order carries on as normal, and we email you about the refund.
Can I cancel or return an order?
You can cancel for a refund before we buy the item, less any non-refundable payment-processor fees. After we buy it, cancellation depends on the seller accepting a return, and change-of-mind returns are not possible after international dispatch. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Is there anything that cannot be shipped from Korea?
Yes, some items cannot be shipped internationally from Korea, and the rules depend on the item and the destination. If you are not sure, ask us before you order.
