How to Buy from JYP SHOP (Now FANS SHOP) from Overseas (2026 Guide)
If you search for JYP SHOP today, the old address forwards you somewhere else. JYP's official store closed in April 2025 and reopened as FANS SHOP inside the FANS platform at app.fans/shop. You can browse it from anywhere, but each product has a shipping region, and some items are set to Korea only. This guide covers what changed, what we could confirm about ordering from abroad, real prices, and how to get a Korea-only item delivered overseas.

What happened to JYP SHOP
For years, thejypshop.com was the first-party store for JYP artists. That store stopped operating on April 9, 2025. On the same day FANS SHOP opened as part of FANS, the fan community platform that JYP's subsidiary Blue Garage launched in January 2024 to replace the older JYP Fan's site.
The old URL still works as a doorway. Type thejypshop.com and the server sends you to app.fans/shop. Old English-language help pages from the previous store still show up in search results, with shipping methods and country lists. Treat those as history. They describe a store that no longer takes orders.
The move put shopping, fan-club membership and community in one account. It also had a rough start. Two days after opening, a simultaneous restock of limited items for all artists overloaded the service, and remaining restock items were pulled after it came back. Keep that in mind on busy release days.
Why fans still want the official store
JYP albums are sold by every Korean retailer, so why come here? Three reasons.
The store runs its own pre-order benefits. The Stray Kids "SKZ IT TAPE 'DO IT'" (DO VER.) page listed a folded group poster and one random unit photocard out of four as the pre-order gift. By October 2026 that page was marked sold out and the buyer benefit had ended, which shows how time-limited these gifts are.
The product pages carry a chart statement. The same page says that album sales in FANS SHOP are reflected in the charts named in its notice. For fans buying in the first week of a comeback, that line matters more than the price.
It also carries official merch next to the albums. On the day we checked, the home page featured 2PM "ZooPM" goods such as acrylic keyrings, a passport set and a making photobook. Purchases earn a small reward, 0.5% on the album we looked at.
Can you buy from FANS SHOP directly from overseas?
Partly, and you have to check item by item.
Shipping region. The shop is split into marketplaces, and the Korean one adds "?mp=KR" to its links. On that marketplace, the Stray Kids album we opened showed "대한민국" (Daehan Minguk, Republic of Korea) as the delivery destination. The same page warns that orders shipped to China can be rejected at customs if the quantity looks larger than personal use. A warning like that only makes sense if some orders do go abroad. But we could not find an official country list, carrier or international fee table, and swapping the link to a US marketplace returned a "page not found" screen.
Payment. We could not confirm which payment methods FANS SHOP offers to buyers abroad. The shipping method and cost appear at the payment step, not before.
Account. You need a FANS account to order. We could not confirm whether any step asks for Korean identity verification.
When you do not need an agent: open the product while logged in to your own FANS account and see whether it offers delivery to your country and accepts your card at payment. If it does and the shipping cost is acceptable, order it yourself. That also keeps the order on your own account, which matters for membership goods.
When you do: the item shows Korea as its only region, your payment fails, or you want it in one box with goods from other Korean stores.
Three ways to buy, compared
| Direct from FANS SHOP | FANS SHOP + forwarding address | FANS SHOP through HaulKorea | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who orders | You | You | HaulKorea |
| Account on the order | Yours | Yours | HaulKorea's |
| Works for Korea-only items | No | Yes | Yes, unless the item is account-restricted |
| Payment | FANS SHOP checkout (methods not confirmed) | FANS SHOP checkout, then the forwarder | PayPal to HaulKorea, once |
| Fan-club-only goods | Yes, with your membership | Yes, with your membership | Ask us before you order |
| Per-order quantity limit | Applies | Applies | Applies |
| Inspection photos | No | Depends on the forwarder | Yes |
| Duties | Per your country | Per your country | Included for US orders. Not included elsewhere |
Forwarding makes sense when you can already pay on FANS SHOP and need your own account on the order. A purchasing agent makes sense when you cannot pay, or when you do not want to manage a Korean address and a second shipping invoice.
Step by step: ordering from FANS SHOP with HaulKorea
- Open the product on app.fans/shop and copy the link. Product links look like app.fans/shop/i/product/ followed by a code and "?mp=KR". 2.**
- Pick the version. JYP releases often have many versions under similar names. The "DO IT" release, for instance, has a "DO VER." listed separately. Tell us the exact version name as written on the page.
- Set quantity. The store limits units per order "to ensure smooth shipping", and extra copies need separate orders. If you want several copies, say so up front.
- Choose your country and check the total. It includes international shipping. US orders include duties.
- Pay once with PayPal. If the parcel weighs less than estimated, the shipping difference is refunded. Nothing extra is charged later.
- HaulKorea buys and receives the item at its Korean warehouse. The store's stated dispatch time is 3 to 7 business days for in-stock items.
- Review inspection photos, then ship. Or hold the parcel and combine it with other orders.
What it costs
FANS SHOP shows discounted prices against a list price. These were on the site as of October 2026:
| Item | List price | Price shown |
|---|---|---|
| Stray Kids "THIS & THAT" (& VER.) | ₩15,600 | ₩12,600 |
| Stray Kids "THIS & THAT" (THIS VER. / THAT VER.) | ₩23,800 | ₩19,300 |
| Stray Kids "THIS & THAT" (LP VER.) | ₩62,300 | ₩50,500 |
| Xdinary Heroes 9th Mini Album "IMPULSE" | ₩22,900 | ₩18,600 |
| NMIXX 6th EP "Strange Muse" (SAGA Ver.) | ₩18,300 | ₩14,900 |
| NMIXX 6th EP "Strange Muse" (LP Ver.) | ₩67,800 | ₩54,900 |
| DAY6 4th Full Album "The DECADE" | ₩23,800 | ₩19,300 |
| TWICE "THIS IS FOR" World Tour Finale in Seoul LIVE (Special LP Ver.) | ₩110,000 | ₩89,100 |
| Stray Kids SKZ IT TAPE 'DO IT' (EVIL SKZOO SPEAKER VER.) | ₩122,800 | ₩99,500 |
| 2PM "ZooPM" merch (keyring to passport set) | — | ₩15,000–₩32,000 |
Every album on the home page was marked 19% off its list price, so the price you pay is usually below the printed one. Merch was shown at full price.
The domestic shipping fee is added at the payment step. We do not have a confirmed figure, so it is not listed here.
What to buy at FANS SHOP
- Stray Kids "THIS & THAT" (₩12,600–₩50,500). Five versions, from the compact "& VER." to an LP. Store-specific posters and photocards are the draw during pre-order.
- Platform albums (₩11,100–₩13,400). Small QR-style versions sold under names such as FANS ALBUM, Nemo, POCAALBUM and PLVE. Light to ship.
- LP versions (₩50,500–₩89,100). Stray Kids, NMIXX and a TWICE live LP. Large and fragile, so packaging and weight matter.
- NMIXX "Strange Muse" (₩11,900–₩54,900). Four versions including a "Light Ver." at ₩41,600.
- DAY6 and solo releases (₩11,900–₩34,200). Group albums plus YOUNG K and WONPIL solo albums, some with pouch or wallet versions.
- ITZY albums (₩11,900–₩32,700). Photobook, member and merch-style versions such as a mini bag version.
- 2PM "ZooPM" merch (₩15,000–₩32,000). Acrylic keyrings, stand sets, a passport set and a ₩24,000 making photobook.
- Speaker-version album (₩99,500). The "EVIL SKZOO SPEAKER VER." of SKZ IT TAPE 'DO IT' is an album packaged as a speaker. Treat it as an electronic item.
Things that go wrong, and how to avoid them
Restock crashes. The April 2025 outage happened during an all-artist limited restock. On days like that, nobody can promise a successful checkout, including an agent. If the item is gone by the time the order is placed, you are refunded under the refund policy.
Version mix-ups. Similar names, different contents. Copy the product link for the exact version instead of describing it.
Per-order limits. The cap is per order, and additional copies mean additional orders, each with its own domestic shipping fee. This changes the math for bulk buys.
Pre-order benefits run out. POBs are for pre-order purchases. After the pre-order window or once the benefit stock is used up, the album ships without them. The inspection photos show whether the benefit is in the parcel.
China-bound quantity checks. The store warns that shipments to China may be refused at customs if they exceed personal-use quantities. If you are shipping there, keep quantities modest.
Fan-club-only goods and event entries. Items gated by membership, and any raffle entered by purchase, attach to the buyer's own FANS account. An order placed from HaulKorea's account does not carry your membership or enter you in your name. Ask us before you order.
Reprints lose first-press items. The store says that when the first press runs out, a reprint may ship instead, and reprints do not include first-press components.
No partial quantity cancellation. Before shipping you can cancel a whole product line from an order, but not some copies of the same product.
Pre-order batches are slow. For pre-orders, the store says the last orders in a batch can take 15 or more business days to ship.
Electronic items. A speaker-version album may contain a battery, and battery rules differ by shipping line.
Returns, sizing and customs
FANS SHOP's stated rules, from the product page we checked:
- Change of mind: request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. The buyer pays the shipping fee. Exchange is not offered for change of mind, only return.
- Defective or missing item: within 3 months of receipt and within 30 days of discovering the problem. The seller pays shipping.
- Opened CDs, LPs, DVDs, magazines and photo goods cannot be returned.
- Fine scratches or bends on photocards and scuffs on shrink wrap are described as normal for the product type.
Those windows assume the item is still in Korea. When HaulKorea buys for you, the check happens at the warehouse. If the photos show a wrong version or damage, it can be raised with the store before the parcel is exported. After export, a store return is not practical, so look at the photos carefully.
For apparel, use the centimeter chart on the product page. Korean cuts tend to run shorter in the body than US sizing.
Customs differs by country. With HaulKorea, US-bound orders have duties included in the price and nothing is due at delivery. For all other countries, duties are not included and are paid by the recipient under local rules.
