Daiso Korea Skincare 2026: Brands, Prices and How to Buy

Daiso Korea skincare is a range of low-cost products, many made by well-known Korean beauty companies, sold only through Daiso stores and the Daiso Mall app in Korea. Every item costs ₩5,000 or less, and Daiso Mall does not ship overseas, so buyers abroad need someone in Korea to order for them.

What is Daiso Korea skincare?

Daiso (다이소) is Korea's fixed-price variety store. It sells everything from storage boxes to snacks at six price points, the highest being ₩5,000. A Korean business magazine, Bizhankook, described those six prices in a May 2026 report: ₩500, ₩1,000, ₩1,500, ₩2,000, ₩3,000 and ₩5,000.

Beauty used to be a small corner of the store. That changed fast. The same Bizhankook report says Daiso carried about 60 beauty brands and 500 products at the end of 2024. By the end of 2025 it had about 150 brands and 1,420 products. By April 2026 it was about 170 brands and 1,900 products.

Most of those products are not generic. Established Korean cosmetics companies make small, cheaper lines that fit Daiso's price ceiling. Some are new sub-brands created only for Daiso. Others are Daiso-sized versions of a brand's existing hits, such as VT's Reedle Shot.

Who buys it?

Not only students. Bizhankook cited Daiso membership data showing that, in 2025, people in their 40s made up about 29% of Daiso cosmetics sales, ahead of those in their 30s (about 24%) and 20s (about 21%). Cheap trial sizes appeal to anyone who wants to test an ingredient before buying a full-size bottle.

Is it real brand skincare or a copy?

Real brand products, made for this channel. In May 2026, Cosin Korea, a cosmetics trade outlet, listed examples of "second brands" that major companies created for Daiso. They include Mimo by Mamonde from Amorepacific, CNP bye od-td from LG H&H, Boncept from Tonymoly, TAG from Too Cool For School, and 2aN by LUNA from Aekyung. The same report put Daiso's beauty purchases at about ₩361.96 billion for the 12 months to March 2026, up 39.6% on the year before, based on receipt data from a research firm.

Product formulas and sizes often differ from the brand's main line. A Daiso version may come in a smaller tube, a set of mini vials, or a simplified formula. Read the volume on each listing before comparing prices.

A few notes on these lines:

VT Reedle Shot. This is the item that turned Daiso into a beauty destination. The "100" and "300" refer to strength; the higher number gives a stronger prickly feeling on the skin, according to Daiso Mall reviews. Daiso also listed a Reedle Shot 500 in a pack of eight 2 ml vials, plus Reedle Shot body care at ₩5,000 and wrapping masks at ₩2,000.

Madeca21. The Teca Solution and Teca Toning lines are soothing and toning skincare. The soothing mist toner had the most reviews of any skincare item we checked. The pimple patches at ₩2,000 are light and easy to ship.

Cleadum. Sold under the Chong Kun Dang Health name. Daiso Mall listed a low-molecular collagen line (eye massage ampoule ₩5,000, nasolabial ampoule ₩3,000, mask ₩2,000) and a liposome vitamin C line.

Medipeel. Pore and pad products. The ₩3,000 pore cleanser and ₩3,000 wrapping mask had thousands of reviews.

Toner pads. A popular Korean format. Daiso sells 100-pad jars at ₩5,000 from brands such as As Us and JMsolution, and 4- to 8-pad trial packs at ₩1,000 to ₩2,000.

What about Daiso sunscreen?

Daiso sells many sunscreens, almost all at ₩5,000. On October 15, 2026, the list included Dermafirm, Dermablock, Scinic, by Real Barrier, Fruit Nara and Deansi. Why do Daiso skincare items sell out?

Because they are cheap and viral, popular items run short. Several things make it worse:

• Daiso Mall shows per-item availability. When we checked, several Son & Park makeup items, Cleadum lip serums and some Sungbun Editor products were listed as not orderable online, even though they still had review pages.
• Store stock and online stock are separate. Something can sit on a store shelf in Seoul and be unavailable online, or the reverse.
• New launches move fast. Daiso Mall has a beauty new-arrivals section. In October 2026 its menu showed "10월 뷰티 신상" (October beauty new arrivals).
• Box listings exist. Some items have a second listing for bulk orders, priced as a multiple of the single price. For example, a Reedle Shot box listing showed ₩108,000. Make sure you send the single-item link unless you really want a case.

The practical fix is simple. When you send a list, add a backup for anything you would be upset to miss, or tell us to skip sold-out items.

Can you buy Daiso Korea skincare online from outside Korea?

Not directly. There are three facts to know.

Daiso Mall does not ship abroad. The Daiso FAQ states plainly that overseas delivery service is not provided.

Signing up needs Korean identity verification. The FAQ says members join after agreeing to the terms and completing 본인인증 (bon-in injeung, identity verification). It describes eligibility for a person of Korean nationality with a phone in their own name, a general-purpose certificate, or i-PIN. There is no route described for foreign visitors.

There is no global Daiso Korea store. Daiso stores in Japan, the US and elsewhere belong to a different company with a different catalog. The Korean beauty lines in this guide are not part of that range.

Some brands sell their full-size products abroad through other channels, such as their own global sites or Olive Young's international stores. If a brand's regular product is all you need, check those first. They may ship to your country without any middleman. The Daiso-sized versions, though, are sold through Daiso.

How to order Daiso skincare from abroad, step by step

1. Browse daisomall.co.kr. Open the beauty (뷰티) menu or search by brand name. Browser translation handles product names well enough. Each product page has a numeric code in its address, such as pdNo=1049275 for Reedle Shot 100.
2. Copy each product link. With items at ₩2,000 to ₩5,000, a basket can hit 15 lines. Keep the links in one list.
3. Note the option. Some pages cover several shades or scents. Write down the exact option name you want.
4. Send us the list. Include quantities and your country. Mark any item you would happily skip if sold out, and name a backup if you have one.
5. Get one total before you pay. HaulKorea shows product prices, Korean delivery and international shipping together. You pay once with PayPal. If the actual weight is lower than estimated, we refund the shipping difference. There is no second charge.
6. We place the order in Korea. Orders under ₩30,000 add Daiso's ₩3,000 domestic delivery fee. Most skincare baskets clear ₩30,000 quickly.

Is Daiso skincare worth the international shipping?

It depends on what you buy. The price of a Daiso product is low, but shipping is charged by weight and box size, not by the product's value.

The best Daiso hauls are mostly vials, patches, masks and small tubes. Large liquids add weight without adding much value.

Can Daiso skincare be shipped internationally?

Most finished cosmetics can, but not all. Two layers of rules apply: the carrier's rules for what can fly, and your country's import rules.

Carrier rules

Korea Post's EMS guidance is a useful reference. It says finished cosmetics can be sent, but products whose container shows a flame (fire) symbol, giving foundation and toner as examples, cannot. It also says aerosol-type pressurized containers are not allowed, while plastic and glass containers can be sent. Perfume is listed as not allowed because it contains ethyl alcohol.

What that means for a Daiso basket:

• Creams, ampoules, gels, patches and masks are usually fine.
• Toners and mists need a look at the label. Some contain enough alcohol to carry a flammable warning.
• Sun sprays and setting sprays in metal pressurized cans are a problem.
• Nail polish and remover are flammable and restricted.

Import rules

Most countries treat everyday skincare as cosmetics. Some products cross into drug territory, depending on what they claim to do.

In the United States, the FDA says a product's classification is determined by its intended use. Its examples include moisturizers and makeup marketed with sun-protection claims, which are both cosmetics and drugs. Daiso sunscreens and SPF tone-up creams fall into that group. Products with acne-treatment claims can also be drugs in the US. Ask us before you order any SPF or acne-treatment item for a US address.

Other countries have their own lists. Check your country's rules, or ask us for anything with SPF, whitening or medical claims on the label.

What about customs duty and import tax?

United States. CBP's fact sheet says that from August 29, 2025, goods from all countries valued at or below $800 are no longer eligible for duty-free de minimis treatment and are subject to all applicable duties, taxes and fees. The recipient pays these US charges locally when the parcel arrives, along with any carrier clearance fee. Other countries. The recipient also pays local VAT, GST or duty when the parcel arrives, and the carrier may add a handling fee. A Daiso basket is usually low in value, so tax is often small, but thresholds differ widely by country.

Tips for a better Daiso skincare haul

• Check the volume, not just the name. "Reedle Shot" at Daiso is 2 ml vials. Compare per milliliter if you are weighing it against a full-size bottle elsewhere.
• Try strengths in order. Reviews on Daiso Mall describe the 300 as stronger than the 100. Some reviewers said they started with 100 and moved up.
• Patch test. Spicule (micro-needle) ampoules and exfoliating pads can irritate. Cheap trial sizes make testing easy.
• Watch for new releases. Daiso adds new beauty items often. If you saw a product in a video, send the screenshot or the Korean name, and we can find the listing.

FAQ

Does Daiso Korea ship skincare internationally?

No. Daiso's FAQ says overseas delivery is not offered, and there is no global version of Daiso Mall. To get Daiso Korea skincare abroad, you need a forwarding address plus a Korean account, or a buying service that orders for you.

How much is the Reedle Shot at Daiso Korea?

As of October 2026, Daiso Mall lists the VT Reedle Shot 100 and Reedle Shot 300 First Ampoule at ₩3,000 each, for six 2 ml vials. The EGF essence version in the same format is also ₩3,000.

Is Daiso Korea skincare the same as Daiso Japan or Daiso USA?

No. Daiso Korea develops its own range, and the Korean beauty lines in this guide are sold through Daiso Korea. Daiso stores in other countries have different products.

What is the most expensive skincare item at Daiso Korea?

Nothing at Daiso costs more than ₩5,000. Bulk "box" listings can show higher totals because they bundle many units, but each unit stays within the price points.

Can I ship Daiso toner and mist abroad?
